Any logistical issues or damage during delivery must be flagged with our customer support crew instantly upon opening packets.

4. Intellectual Property

The complete visual interface setup, graphic blocks, trademark logos, copywriting, and proprietary structured layout models displayed on OnlyPankhe remain the protected property of Goodwill Electric Traders and original manufacturing brands. Any unauthorized duplicate publishing or utilization of our commercial resources without specific prior permissions is strictly barred.

All operational elements, consumer codes, or platform responsibilities under these Terms are governed by Indian consumer laws. Any judicial or structural legal disputes are uniquely bounded under the court jurisdictions of Ludhiana, Punjab.
